Step One:  Bob Krause will come to your home to evaluate your plumbing, drain accessibility, and your unique needs. This is a no-pressure visit. By coming to see you, Bob can provide you with a firm offer on what he can do for you and your family's needs. This is a very important step. Our customers need to have the properly sized equipment to be the most efficient and economical.

Step Two:  We will write up the installation information gathered from Bob's visit and schedule your installation.

Step Three:  Our service people, who are our own employees (nothing is outsourced), will come to your home and professionally install your quality piece of equipment.

Step Four:  Only after the installation is up to our standards and approved by you, we finish the paperwork, receive your payment (cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), and add your file to our system to make sure it's at our fingertips the next time we need it.
